Georgia Gaming Congress Results
March 1 Tbilisi hosted the third Georgia Gaming Congress. The event raised some of the main issues related to land based and online casino promotion, betting business, as well as fantasy games and virtual reality technologies. Zakaria Khitarishvili outlined the key aspects of creating a successful product for the online gambling sector. In addition, the speaker told about visual and sound effects used to motivate people to play, giving them more pleasure, and making them stay at a particular gambling house.
Lasha Machavariani spoke about: "Differences in building online casino business models".

A leading sales manager at Slotegrator, Vadim Potapenko, made a presentation on “Implementation of chat bots in gambling”.

According to the speaker, many employees are dismissed orally, although, by law such process must be done in an official written form. On this occasion, there have been a lot of court proceedings.
In Batumi two casinos went bankrupt and did not inform the workers about it. Sometimes employees are fired for their participation in gambling tournaments (for example, poker).
