Please note: New Jersey has all chances to become the American flagman in online gambling, if Senator Raymond Lesniak (American Democratic Party) introduces changes to current legislation. The said executive suggests that the State party introduce amendments to the law on online gambling aimed at abolishing the mandatory hosting of servers belonging to gambling companies on the territory of Atlantic city. In such a manner gambling markets will become available for licensed gambling operators all over the world.
