Reports

  • Credit consumption report logics has been refined to transparently display players' expenses from real and bonus account:

    • amounts withdrawn from the real account are displayed in the Real money column
    • amounts withdrawn from the bonus account are displayed in the Bonus manual or Bonus automatic columns respectively depending on the bonus settings
    • in case of winning the numbers displayed in the corresponding table columns are updating
    • the Amount column shows the total expenses amount

Improvements

  • [Risk Management Module] 

    A new Negative profit widget has been implemented in the Risk Management → Anti-Fraud Dashboard → Financial risks menu section. It displays the number of players of different level of negative profit (negative GGR, when the amount of player's total wins is over the amount of total bets)

  • [Players Module]

    A new Negative profit widget has been implemented in the Player management → Player's Card → Player Fraud Profile menu section. The widget shows information about players' profitability for the casino so that back office users can make their decision on further handling player's account. This widget is displayed for all players except for those with the No risk status and show the following figures (displayed in EUR, all figures in currencies other than EUR are calculated according to the conversion rate closest to the transaction date):

    • GGR from player (real money bet amount - real money win amount (including jackpots) - wagered bonus amount)
    • In-Out (total deposit amount - total withdrawal amount)
    • Bonus wagered (wagered bonus amount including Sportsbook bonuses)
    • Jackpots (total jackpot amount received by the player)
  • [Constructor Module

    A new Promo Offers widget has been implemented in the module. Using this widget back office users can add various promo offers in a compact format directly on the casino lobby; the widget can be set in the Sidebars menu section

  • [Affiliate Providers Module]

    The list of duplicate players is now sent to Softswiss/Affilka provider

  • [Telegram service]

    The process of funds depositing when using crypto-fiat has been refined so that it is more convenient to players

  • [Messaging Module]

    SMS provider SMS.to is integrated in the platform 

  • [Players Module]

    Jodit text editor has been implemented in the Player's card to send players email and internal messages

    Mailing has been prioritized so that players receive trigger, personal and system messages without delay:

    • personal messages - high priority
    • system messages - high priority
    • trigger messages - high priority
    • mass messages - normal priority

    SMPP SMS provider has been integrated in the platform

  • [Casino Lobby]

    Player's browser language is now considered to determine the lobby's language when launching, which eases the process for a player who does not need to select the language from the menu themselves

  • [Chat Module]

    Moderators can now block players for definite periods of time for a reason they can select from the list; moderators can delete the last message or all messages of the blocked player or leave them as they are; the blocked player will receive a message with the reason of their block (that message is visible to the blocked player and moderator only)

  • [Players Module]

    The History of sent messages tab has been added in Players Card. Back office users can see the full history of messages that have been sent to the particular player

  • [Settings Module]

    It is now possible to search and add new currencies by currency name and code in the Currencies menu section
