Unlike traditional tools that require operators to manually analyze dashboards and reports, the new AI assistant evaluates dry statistics and transforms them into structured conclusions. The system does not generate new data or make automatic decisions, but works exclusively with existing information, translating it into clear language and making useful recommendations.
Interaction with the assistant is simple and user-friendly. There’s no need to figure out the right wording for your query; instead, operators select from one of three pre-set questions:
- What is the overall risk situation?
- Which risk categories are currently the most critical?
- What should be prioritized right now?
Once you’ve made your selection, the system instantly processes dashboard metrics and provides a brief summary. This works both at the project level (which is invaluable for those who manage several brands at once) and at the individual user level — in the Player Overview section, the assistant helps you quickly assess suspicious player activity.
Data protection is a key priority. The AI assistant only works with anonymized numerical indicators and internal system metrics, without processing or disclosing players' personal data.
The developers are careful to clearly define the boundaries of responsibility. The AI Anti-fraud assistant does not replace a lawyer or a compliance officer — it cannot block a player or impose restrictions. It can provide analytical recommendations, but the final decision is always taken by a human.
