Results of RGW Moscow 2017 by Slotegrator
June 7-8, Slotegrator’s team participated in the international expo – forum RGW Moscow. Being one of the biggest events of the iGaming industry in Eastern European region, it gathered some of the major representatives of the said business. A brand new type of activity was introduced at this year’s conference – an open lecture-hall that was eventually turned into a platform where specialists from different areas of the industry could share their experience and exchange ideas regarding gambling matters, while the audience had a possibility to learn more about advantages and prospects of the gambling business.
The first day of the forum was marked by presentations and expert opinions of its visitors including casino owners, leading managers of online projects, betting providers, lawyers. Petr Korpusenko, the Managing Director of Golden Race, officially opened the conference. Later on there was a presentation by Sergei Efimenko, the CEO of BetСonstruct. The said guest pointed out, that in order to start a successful betting business it is necessary to develop your own software or make use of turnkey B2B solutions.
Konstantin Makarov, the CEO of the betting office “Bingo Boom” and the head of the self-regulatory organization called “Association of betting offices”, reminded that eSports are regarded as legal kinds of sports in Russia. However, according to the new law, the rates of eSports bets do not include any percentage of money meant to be spent on further development of this kind of entertainment. As soon as the official eSports federation of Russia is created, the situation will change.
Vadim Potapenko, a business development manager at Slotegrator, made a presentation regarding “Implementation of chat bots in gambling”. According to the speaker, among the advantages of Telegram messenger there can be named its security from information leaks that are quite common for the rest of existing messengers.

During the day there have been held presentations by Maria Lepschikova, a lawyer, the CEO of Don Best Sports Benjie Cherniak, the head of Federbet Francesco Baranca and the founder of ViARsys Conrad Gill.
The agenda of the second day turned out to be even more busy, as long as it contained around ten presentations. The most important topics included cutting-edge technologies (artificial intelligence, block chain, cryptocurrencies) and their implementation in gambling. A lot of attention was paid to the analysis of the experience of Western gambling businesses.
Sergei Hitrov, the founder of Adwad Group, opened the conference with the following words: “Stop wasting your budget on advertising!” The speaker explained why it is important to analyze traffic rates and elaborate marketing strategies while promoting online casinos.
Joseph Galea, a legal consultant specializing in online gambling, shared more about the reasons of remote gambling popularity on Malta. At the same time, Roman Boot, an independent business consultant on gambling raised the topic of using bots in online gambling.
Ivan Kondilenko, the CEO of the company CASSEXE, discussed the matters of online casino functioning in White Label format (implying that one company provides services, while the other one sells and distributes them under its brand). Maxim Krupyshev, the founder of Cubits, continued the topic of electronic innovations and dwelled upon implementation of Bitcoin in online gambling.
Two days in Sokolniki exhibition and convention centre passed way too quickly! Summing up the results, Slotegrator is convinced that RGW Moscow 2017 turned out to be interesting and very productive.
