Yuri Muratov from 3 Oaks Gaming shares his thoughts about the company's plans and the future of the gambling industry

3 Oaks Gaming, a fast-growing developer of iGaming content, has been our partner for a long time. Slotegrator interviewed Yuri Muratov, Director of Business Development at 3 Oaks Gaming, to find out how the developer became an industry leader and what the company's plans are for the future.

SLOTEGRATOR: Where do you offer your content?

YURI MURATOV: At present, we proudly showcase an array of over 70 top-tier games in distinguished regulated markets throughout Europe, notably in Italy and Bulgaria, where we are preparing to go live with our first customers in those regions. Further afield, we have fully launched in Georgia and regulated South Africa, as well as increased our presence in LatAm, going live in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil. Our journey over the last 18 months has been marked by forging pivotal partnerships, amplifying our industry presence, and setting a solid foundation for potential ventures into new global territories.

S: Do you have plans to expand? If so, where and why?

YM: Yes, we have ambitious plans to expand globally. We are excited to reveal that we have just applied for a UK gambling licence, so the long process has finally started there. In addition, Europe remains a key focus for us as we have plenty of other regions in the pipeline that are of particular interest, including Belgium, Romania, Portugal, Netherlands, Greece, Switzerland, Sweden and Malta (MGA).

We’ve noted incredible potential in North America, so Ontario is firmly on our radar, which will mean once we launch in that province, we will have a presence on four continents. In the upcoming years we’ll be focusing on licence acquisition and widening our horizons, all while forging collaborations to deliver our exceptional games to a broader audience.

S: How are your games different / competitive? How do you promote them (your marketing) and what is your USP?

YM: Our selection of titles is different from other online slots in a number of ways. Our team focuses on stunning, high-quality art and high performance, as well as engaging maths and unique promo tool mechanics. We aim to offer a wide variety of cultural theme designs, making our games appealing to a diverse audience.

Our portfolio prominently features the esteemed Hold and Win family of games. While we've substantially expanded this series, we've also introduced a diverse collection of Scatter Pays games, embedded with cutting-edge features that elevate the player's experience. This strategy is evident from some of our most recent game launches, such as Coin Volcano: Hold and Win, Lady Fortune, and the captivating Tiger Gems: Hold and Win.

We promote our games through a variety of channels, including online advertising, social media, and partnerships with casinos and other gaming brands. 3 Oaks Gaming's USP is that we offer high-quality, engaging games that are both visually appealing and mathematically sound.

S: What marketing tools do you offer?

YM: Last year, we unveiled Lucky Drops as part of our growing suite. Since it was originally developed, we've included a "Hot Period" to Lucky Drops, specifically targeting times when player activity tends to wane between campaigns and fresh game releases. Our state-of-the-art software delves into each player's gaming history, adjusting Lucky Drops frequencies to keep them engaged.

Lucky Drops integrates seamlessly with all of 3 Oaks Gaming's games in online casinos, avoiding any tedious setups or integrations. Plus, we’ve rolled out a white-label solution, allowing casinos to rebrand our games as their very own – a favourite pick for those keen on diversifying their offerings without delving into game development.

S: Do you offer tournaments?

YM: Absolutely! We introduced our Network Tournament Series last year, which has proven to be a huge success from the outset, with our monthly Big Money Bang promotion particularly popular with our operator partners.

We aim to hold four or five tournaments a month, centred around jackpots, that perfectly complement our robust slot portfolio. This serves as a beacon for operators, offering an effortless solution to entice a broader audience – all without any additional setup hassles.

Our Jackpot comes in three enticing options: a classic model featuring Mini, Minor, Major, and Grand pots for the dedicated slot enthusiasts, and for those looking for something different, we have timed and "must drop" jackpots. S: Why do you work with aggregators?

S: What direction are you going to take in 2024? What should we expect?

As we venture into 2024, our strategy revolves around developing new features and mechanics that will make our games even more engaging and rewarding for players. But that's not all! We're gearing up to amplify our portfolio's footprint, so stay tuned for some exciting announcements in the near future.
